MA Method: Weekly On Sun, Tue & Thu
M.A method is designed to help you get stronger – mentally & physically – commit to your practice, progress, and integrate new elements inspired by different movement disciplines.
A fusion of vinyasa yoga, Myofascial meridians stimulation, handstands & contortion training. This program will help you explore movement differently as you build your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
What to expect:
- Back & leg contortion drills
- Handstand drills
- Creative flows exploring transitions between Asanas
- Elasticity & Plasticity training for Myofascial meridian stimulation
Program Details:
- Sundays & Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30 pm
- Classes are 75 mins
- Location: Wellnest Botique Studio, New Cairo
- Props needed: Resistance band, Pilates ball, ankle weights, gymnastics band
- Program begins Tuesday, January 9th
- Payment deadline: January 7th
