M.A method is designed to help you get stronger – mentally & physically – commit to your practice, progress, and integrate new elements inspired by different movement disciplines.
A fusion of vinyasa yoga, Myofascial meridians stimulation, handstands & contortion training. This program will help you explore movement differently as you build your strength, endurance, and flexibility.

What to expect:

  • Back & leg contortion drills
  • Handstand drills
  • Creative flows exploring transitions between Asanas
  • Elasticity & Plasticity training for Myofascial meridian stimulation

Program Details:

  • Sundays & Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30 pm
  • Classes are 75 mins
  • Location: Wellnest Botique Studio, New Cairo
  • Props needed: Resistance band, Pilates ball, ankle weights, gymnastics band
  • Program begins Tuesday, January 9th
  • Payment deadline: January 7th
